There are a few announcements/reminders as we begin this new week.
Thank you! On behalf of all the teachers at HCS we would like to express our gratitude and a special thank you for the gifts, cards, and kind words that were shared during Teacher Appreciation Week. We are extremely blessed to be able to serve you the families of Hilltop!
Parent’s Day: Save the date, Friday May 12 we will be honoring YOU! all Hilltop parents from 1-2pm in the gym.
24 Days of School Left: Can you believe there are only 24 more days of school left? If you haven't already submitted your registration for next school year please do so as soon as possible as classes are quickly filling up! details on how to do so are on the back of this newsletter.
Luau/Fire Dance Fundraiser: This is a friendly reminder to save the date for our Luau/Fire Dance fundraiser on Sunday May, 21 from 7:00pm-9:00pm. Tickets are now available! You have several options when purchasing your tickets. You can purchase:
Need Parent Participation Hours? Go to greatschools.org click ‘sign-in’ and create a free account to write a review on Hilltop! it’s that easy, write a review on our school and turn in a parent participation voucher to receive 1 hour of Parent Participation.
No School: This is just a friendly that there is NO SCHOOL on Monday May, 29th in observance of the Memorial Day Holiday.
SMART Tuition: Next school year we will be using SMART Tuition, an online tuition management and payment system. A SMART Tuition account will be created for you and you will receive an email shortly with additional information. We ask you to monitor your email
accounts (including the junk/spam folder) as you will receive a confirmation email that an account has been created. The email will come from email@example.com with the subject line “Hilltop Christian School:
Setting up your account with Smart Tuition.” You will need to verify that your information is correct and update it as needed. An introduction letter to SMART and F.A.Q. is attached to this newsletter. Thank you for your help in completing this process.
2017-2018 School Registration: Registration for next school year is now open! Please go to hilltopcs.net and login with your parent username/password. Click on the “17-18 Registration” tab. Review/update the information as needed. Click the "Create Registration Forms" button at the bottom of the page, print and sign the forms, turn in forms to the HCS office. If you would prefer, you can also complete the registration in the school office. Classes are filling up quickly so be sure to pay your $50 deposit to guarantee your child’s spot for next year! Please note, students are NOT automatically rolled over into the next grade, registration papers must be submitted each year. Thank you for your attention.
